Vita by Sodexo is comprised of 3 core benefit areas: Care leave, employee assistance programs and life/death benefits. Our care leave allows flexibility for life events, including up to 8 weeks of paid maternity and medical leave. The Employee Assistance Program supports mental health, addressing stress and family-related concerns. Our life/death benefit ensures financial security should a tragic event occur.
